EDC 2015 - DATES AND TICKET INFORMATION

Is it already time to start warming up for festival season? The Electric Daisy Carnival, hosted by Insomniac Events, has released the dates for the event along with ticket information. Passes are expected to go quickly as over 400,000 people attended the event last year, making it one of the biggest music festivals in the world.


Taking place from June 19-21, tickets will be available beginning Dec. 1 at 12PM PST and can be purchased HERE. 

The three-day general admissions pass starts at $329, plus everyone's favorite service fee. If you're looking for a bit more luxury, three-day VIP passes are starting at $699. One big change to the event is that NO single-day tickets will be available. 

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW - ILLUSTRATED

Sean Layton, a Corpus Christi native now Living in Los Angeles, was raised on music. His early passion for sound led him to join several bands where he learned how the mold for a song was made. These lessons created inspiration for Layton and when inspiration struck, he would take notes in his Blackberry, one of which said "Illustrated (Song/Or band name)". That note has come to fruition as Sean Layton has become Illustrated. His debut EP Mental Drug  put him on the map and allowed to evolve as an artist and release his second EP Define Me. Today he has released his new remix "I Was a Fool". We had the pleasure of interviewing Illustrated about his inspirations, his work, and what the future may hold. EDC LINEUP

EDC has just released their lineup for Vegas 2014 and it is pretty killer. Pretty much everyone you could possible expect to be there will be putting on a show. 

 

 Yeah I know, they crammed so many artists in there that you can barely read it. Click the picture to get a better look. A few of the people I'm excited for are Audien, Adrian Lux, Bro Safari, Fedde Le Grand, Avicii, and Pete Tong. After reading through the list, I can't really see anyone that's missing, but there are more to be announced. Probably why this show has been sold out for a while now...
