ARTIST HIGHLIGHT - DIGITAL FARM ANIMALS

Indie dance is the new buzzword in electronic music these days and Digital Farm Animals is taking full advantage. Coming from London, DFA describes his sound as some sort of melodic cocktail: "a glitzy and melodic fusion of dance and left-field pop, informed equally by 80's synth-funk, the sound of Kitsune and Ed Banger and classic house and disco, all the while maintaining a contemporary and instantly hook-laden sheen that is distinctly his own."

Hook-laden is right, pick any of of DFA's tracks and you'll be immersed in the 80's disco, synth-fused era that he describes so perfectly. We've got 2 of his most recent works, and our favorites below, as well as his original EP, but be sure to check him out on Soundcloud and Twitter for more.

ED SHEERAN & RUDIMENTAL - BLOODSTREAM (ARTY REMIX)

The collaboration between UK natives Rudimental and red-hot Ed Sheeran gets a rework from Russian phenom Arty.
